Personal Ayurvedic Consultations
During a personal Ayurvedic consultation, the practitioner not only looks at the symptoms of the disease but tries to identify the root of the cause.
This includes identifying the constitution of the patient and then finding which dosha (constitution) is out of balance, the strength of the digestive fire and immune system, and the proper functioning of tissues, channels and excretory apparatus.
State of mind and spirit are also important factors that are addressed as they are involved in most disease processes. Thus, Ayurveda not only treats the symptoms, but also delves into the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual circumstances to fully eradicate the disease and offer the patient a full understanding of it.

Health & Wellness Coaching
Ayurveda is a medical science that proposes not only therapeutic solutions to all kind of imbalances but also preventive measures to promote health and well-being.
As such, Ayurveda has developed a thorough knowledge of diet and nutrition and its use and importance in correcting small health problems and preventing disease.
Ayurveda also understands the importance of lifestyle choices, sleep and thought patterns, and energy management as key pieces in the prevention of disease.
During a Health and Wellness Coaching session, we will first identify your unique constitution according to the principles of Ayurveda. Once we know what you are, we will analyze all your current (and past) dietary and lifestyle choices, identify weak points, and finally create a personalized regimen that you can realistically follow and enjoy.
Karmalogy: Understanding life and our life patterns
I see Karmalogy as a loose term that encapsulates those techniques that aim at supporting mental stability by educating ourselves in the understanding of the nature of things. By things, I refer to the nature of our fears, the nature of our relationships, the ultimate cause of our emotions, our uncontrollable reactions, our questionable set of values and beliefs, our self-critical attitudes, even our purpose in life.
It is a different approach that seeks to bring harmony in our life by simply learning how our mind sees and processes situations. Once you understand why you have been doing something which is detrimental to you, it is pretty obvious that you won’t be doing it again, or would you? Even if you do it, you will be able to understand the underlying mechanism and will not see it as a burden anymore.
Addressing imbalanced patterns of behavior brought about by misconceptions is important as they will eventually somatize into a physical illness if left unattended. Moreover, ancient philosophies maintain that most, if not all, diseases have their original cause in the mind.
I have been practicing Karmalogy for over a decade now with amazing results. I would like to invite you to schedule a session and see for yourselves that regaining your mental/emotional balance doesn’t need to be a long process and it doesn’t need to involve losing your mental clarity either. In fact, that is what we will be using to understand the whole process.
Panchakarma is meant to purify the whole body by eliminating the accumulated toxins from it. It is also believed to have a rejuvenating effect when it is subject to a healthy person. Panchakarma, which in Sanskrit stands for five therapeutic actions, is a cleansing and rejuvenating program for body, mind and consciousness.
Although the therapeutic measures may appear quite simple, its effects are extremely powerful to the point that Ayurveda considers it necessary before the beginning of any other therapy.
The logic behind this is that the body needs to be cleansed from all impurities before being exposed to a rejuvenation program, just as you would do with any garment before dying it with a new color or a piece of furniture before being polished.
