Personal Ayurvedic Consultations
During a personal Ayurvedic consultation, the practitioner not only looks at the symptoms of the disease but tries to identify the root of the cause. This includes identifying the constitution of the patient and then finding which dosha (constitution) is out of balance, the strength of the digestive fire and immune system, and the proper functioning of tissues, channels and excretory apparatus. State of mind and spirit are also important factors that are addressed as they are involved in most disease processes. Thus, Ayurveda not only treats the symptoms, but also delves into the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual circumstances to fully eradicate the disease and offer the patient a full understanding of it.
- Initial consultations include:

- Thorough conversation on medical history, current symptoms and imbalances, lifestyle, quality of sleep, diet, and patterns of behavior.
- Examination of pulse, face, nails, skin, and tongue

- Daily balancing routine based on personal constitution and current imbalances
- Personalized exercise routine based on personal constitution and current imbalances

Karma-logy (spiritual counseling)
Karma-logy is a technique that allows us to unravel the complex situation designed by the Spirit allowing us to see the real cause of our sufferings and the lesson that needs to be learned. Then, you will learn how to manage these situations when they reoccur and, if needed, a plan to manifest the life that you are intended to live.

Panchakarma
Panchakarma is meant to purify the whole body by eliminating the accumulated toxins from it. It is also believed to have a rejuvenating effect when it is subject to a healthy person. Panchakarma, which in Sanskrit stands for five therapeutic actions, is a cleansing and rejuvenating program for body, mind and consciousness. Although the therapeutic measures may appear quite simple, its effects are extremely powerful to the point that Ayurveda considers it necessary before the beginning of any other therapy. The logic behind this is that the body needs to be cleansed from all impurities before being exposed to a rejuvenation program, just as you would do with any garment before dying it with a new color or a piece of furniture before being polished.
